No experience needed unless a role says otherwise.
You'll be responsible for posting all approved content across our social media platforms. This is not about creating content — it's about ensuring every approved post goes live on time, on the right platform, with the right caption and hashtags.
Cut and edit short-form reels from our YouTube content for social media. You'll take full-length sermons, workshops, and highlights and turn them into engaging, shareable clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Design compelling ads and edit promotional videos for PAC 2026. You'll create visual content that drives registrations, donations, and awareness — from static ad graphics to motion video ads.
Handle all design needs — YouTube covers, event posters, program booklet design, letterhead design, and other visual materials. You'll be the go-to person for making PAC 2026 look polished and professional across every touchpoint.
Help manage the flow of attendees, assist with seating, guide people to the right sessions and workshops, and ensure everything runs smoothly at Royal Aria throughout the 9 days.
Take care of our speakers and special guests throughout the conference. You'll ensure they have everything they need — from airport pickup coordination to making sure they're comfortable, on schedule, and well looked after during their time in Gaborone.
Ensure that only registered participants who paid for meal packages are receiving their food. You'll check credentials at meal stations and help maintain an orderly, fair process during breakfast, lunch, and supper.
Volunteering does not replace registration. Register as you normally would, then tell us where you would like to serve.
