Terms
The short version of what you agree to when you register, order add-ons or give.
Registration
Attending Prophesy Again Conference is free. Registering tells us you are coming and gives each person on your registration a check in code for the door. Please give accurate details and keep them up to date; you can change them any time after signing in.
One account is one email address. Register the people you are responsible for on your own registration; do not register other adults without their agreement.
Check in codes
Codes are personal. Show yours at the door on your phone or read it out. Do not share codes publicly. A code that is misused may be cancelled.
Children
Children attend free and are placed in the children's programme by age. A parent or guardian on the same registration remains responsible for them throughout the conference.
Accommodation, meals and extras
These are optional and paid. Prices are shown in US dollars per person and are confirmed before you pay. An order is confirmed when the payment provider confirms payment. If something you paid for cannot be provided, we refund it. For other changes or cancellations, contact us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can; refunds close to the conference may not be possible where costs have already been committed.
Gifts
Gifts are voluntary and go towards the costs of running the conference: the venue, the speakers and ministry teams, sound and live stream, and the children's programme. They are not refundable except where a payment was made in error.
Photography and streaming
Main services are streamed and recorded. By attending you accept that you may appear in recordings and photographs of the conference.
Conduct
We ask everyone to follow the direction of ushers and staff, respect the venue, and treat one another with courtesy. The team may ask anyone who puts others at risk to leave.
Changes
The programme, speakers and venue arrangements may change. We will tell registered attendees of significant changes by email.
