Registration & Attendance

Is PAC 2026 really free?

Yes! Registration and attendance are completely free. There is no cost to attend any of the keynote sessions, workshops, or programs. Optional paid add-ons for meals and accommodation will be available starting April 1, 2026.

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome — individuals, families, and groups of all ages. We have dedicated programs for children and youth, so the whole family can participate.

How do I register?

Visit our Register page and fill out the simple form. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code and event details. Registration takes less than 2 minutes.

Can I register my whole family at once?

Yes. During registration you can add family members, including children, and choose their age group. Plenty of people also register on behalf of a parent, a spouse or a friend, which is fine. Registering as a family means one person pays for everyone and you do not need a separate email address for each member. It is not what decides where you sit or who you share a room with, so people who registered separately can still be together.

One of my family members is missing from our registration. How do I add them?

Sign in to your account and add the person there. That is also how to fix a member who was registered without their own email address or phone number. Seating and rooms are a separate matter: you do not have to be registered together to sit together or share a room, so nobody needs to re-register. Registering as a family simply means one person pays for everyone and you do not have to supply a separate email address for each member.

What if I can't attend all 9 days?

You're welcome to attend any number of days. While we encourage the full experience, there's no requirement to be there every day.

How do I pay for accommodation, meals or the safari?

Three steps. Register, which is free. Sign in to your account. Then choose and pay for your add-ons inside the Attendee Portal. Payment is not part of the registration form, which is why nothing is asked of you at that point.

I paid, but my add-on is not showing in my account.

Send us the payment confirmation and the email address you are signed in with, on WhatsApp, and we will match the payment to your account by hand. It usually means the payment reached us but did not attach itself to the right line. Please do not pay a second time.

The registration form keeps saying my network failed.

This is usually the form rather than your connection. Try a different device or a different network, a laptop instead of a phone if you have one. If it still will not go through, message us on WhatsApp and we will register you directly.

Your account & tickets

I registered but never received the confirmation email. What do I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with the email address you registered with and we will verify you and get you into your account. We do not ask for a password over chat, and we will never send you one. We are moving sign-in over to a one-time code sent to your email address, so that only the person who can open that inbox can get into the account. Until that is live, the team will do it with you.

Where do I find my ticket and QR code?

Your QR code is your ticket and it lives in your Attendee Portal once you are signed in. You can show it on your phone; there is no need to print it. You do not need it to get in, though: if you cannot reach your account, come to the desk and the team will find you by name and check you in there.

My password is being rejected, or the reset link does nothing.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it with you rather than send a reset link into an inbox that may not be receiving our mail. Tell us the email address you registered with. We will never ask you for your password, and anyone who does is not us.

Do I need an account just to attend?

No. Attending is free and your registration is what matters. The account exists so you can see your ticket and QR code, add family members, and pay for optional extras like accommodation, meals and the safari. If you are not taking any add-ons, you still want the account for your ticket.

Food & Accommodation

Are meals provided?

Yes. Optional plant-based meal packages are available now, and you buy them inside your account after registering. The full package covering all three meals for the nine days is USD 86 per person; lunch only is USD 35 per person. You are also free to self-cater.

What currency are the prices in?

US dollars. Every price on this site, and everything you pay for, is in USD. The cost calculator will show you the same total in pula, rand, sterling, euro, Kenyan shilling, Zambian kwacha or naira so you can see roughly what it comes to in your own money. Those conversions are a guide: the exact amount depends on your bank and the rate on the day.

What will the whole trip cost me?

For one person staying nine nights, with the full meal package: about USD 194 at IDM, which includes the daily shuttle, or about USD 266 at Royal Aria, where you are already at the venue. Registration itself is free. Neither figure includes your travel to Botswana, and the optional Madikwe safari is USD 100 per person on top. Use the cost calculator to work out your own combination and see it in your currency.

What is the difference between IDM and Royal Aria?

Royal Aria is the conference venue, so staying there means you walk to the sessions. It is USD 20 per person per night. IDM is 7 km away at USD 12 per person per night and includes a daily shuttle to and from the venue, so no transport is needed. IDM is a shared, dormitory-style setting; families can usually be given rooms near one another.

Can I stay extra nights before or after the conference?

Yes. Tell us the dates you need and we will arrange the extension with the venue directly rather than leaving you to find your own place. Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival and departure dates.

What kind of food is served?

All meals are plant-based (vegan). Our kitchen team prepares nutritious, delicious meals that align with health principles taught at the conference.

Is accommodation available?

Yes, and it is optional. There are two options, both priced per person per night. IDM is USD 12 and sits 7 km from the venue, with a daily shuttle to and from Royal Aria included. Royal Aria is USD 20 and is at the conference venue itself, so no shuttle is needed. You add either one inside your account after registering.

Is accommodation free for young children?

Yes! Children aged 0–5 stay free when sharing a bed with a parent or guardian. If you would like your child (aged 0–5) to have their own separate bed, standard per-person accommodation rates will apply.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food or eat at nearby restaurants. Gaborone has many dining options within a short drive of Royal Aria.

Program & Schedule

What happens each day?

A typical day includes morning devotion (6 AM), breakfast, keynote session (9 AM), workshops (11 AM), lunch, health presentations (2 PM), family & music sessions (4 PM), supper, and an evening keynote (7:30 PM).

How do workshops work?

There are eight workshops: Health, True Education, Sacred Music, Organic Farming, Off-Grid Power & Water, Plant Based Cuisine, Prayer, and a family, youth and children's workshop. They run alongside the main sessions and you are welcome to move between them.

What about Sabbath (Saturday)?

Saturdays have a special schedule with Sabbath School, Divine Service, fellowship lunch, afternoon programs, and an evening keynote. Friday evening through Saturday is observed as Sabbath.

Is there a program for children?

Yes. There are four groups: Little Lambs (0–3), Bright Stars (4–6), Mighty Warriors (7–10) and Young Prophets (11–13). Children join the main service with everyone else and then break out to their own classes by age, so parents can stay in the session. Each group has its own activities, from soft play and lullabies for the youngest through to mentorship and leadership for the pre-teens.

Can I follow the conference if I cannot travel?

Yes. The main Prophesy Again services are streamed live on our YouTube channel as they happen. Workshops are not always covered. Subscribe to the channel and YouTube will let you know the moment we go live.

Travel & Location

Where exactly is the conference?

Royal Aria, Gaborone, Botswana. It's a well-known venue in the capital city, easily accessible by car or taxi from anywhere in Gaborone.

Do I need a visa?

It depends on your nationality. Many African, European, and North American passport holders can enter Botswana visa-free for up to 90 days. Check our Travel Guide page for details by region, and always verify with the Botswana Department of Immigration.

How do I get to Gaborone?

You can fly into Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (GBE) in Gaborone, or fly into Johannesburg (JNB) and take a bus/shuttle to Gaborone (about 4–5 hours). See our Travel Guide for estimated flight costs from different regions.

I am coming by cross-border bus. Where will I arrive and how do I reach the venue?

Most cross-border coaches into Gaborone stop at the bus offices or terminal in Mogoditshane, and some at the Gaborone Main Bus Rank or the Intercape offices on Queens Road. Royal Aria is in Tlokweng, on the opposite side of the city from Mogoditshane, so from the rank take a Gaborone city taxi or a Tlokweng combi and ask to be dropped at the Royal Aria turnoff. Tell us your bus company and arrival time on WhatsApp and we will help you plan the last leg.

Is transport to Botswana included?

No. Getting yourself to Gaborone is your own arrangement, whether you fly or come overland. What is included, if you stay at IDM, is the daily shuttle between IDM and the conference venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, Royal Aria has parking available for attendees who drive.

Volunteering & Vendors

Can I volunteer?

Yes! We're looking for a Social Media Content Publisher, Reels & Video Editor, Ads Designer & Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Ushers, Speaker & Guest Care, and Meal Verification Team members. If you have a different skill, you can still apply — just select 'Other' and tell us what you'd like to contribute. Volunteering is unpaid ministry — you're giving your time to serve. Visit our Volunteer page to apply.

Can I sell products at the conference?

Not this year. We are not hosting vendor stalls at Royal Aria for PAC 2026, so there are no booths and no booth fee. If you have already paid one, it will be refunded in full. We expect to open vendor applications again in a future year.

Donations & Support

How can I support PAC 2026?

You can donate through our Support page. We accept payments via Paystack (cards and M-Pesa). Every contribution helps cover venue costs, speaker travel, equipment, and scholarships for attendees who need assistance.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Please consult your local tax advisor regarding deductibility in your jurisdiction. We can provide a donation receipt upon request.
