Attending is free, and it stays free because people give. Every gift goes straight into December: the hall, the speakers, the live stream and the children's classes.
Attending is free. It is not free to run.
Every December we come from many countries to sit under the Word, to worship together, and to leave ready to prophesy again. Nobody pays at the door, and we want to keep it that way. What makes that possible is people who decide to be part of it: the organising team gives alongside everyone else, and so do delegates, families and churches who believe in what happens in that hall.
Your gift becomes the hall and the sound for nine days, the flights that bring the speakers, the live stream that reaches someone who could not travel, and the children’s classes. Whatever the size, it opens the door for someone in December.

Audio-visual and live streaming
The cameras, the desk and the bandwidth that carry every main service to people who cannot travel. Last year the stream reached far more people than the room did.
Speakers and ministry teams
Flights, accommodation and logistics for the speakers and the teams working behind them, so no one is turned away by the cost of getting here.
Children and youth
Four age groups, from Little Lambs at nought to three through to Young Prophets at eleven to thirteen: materials, activities and the trained team who run them.
Delegates who could not otherwise come
Attending is free, but travel, a bed and a meal are not. This is the fund that pays for someone who would otherwise stay at home.
Outreach and discipleship resources
Bibles, study materials and the evangelistic work that carries on in Gaborone after the nine days end.
Not every gift is money
Equipment, a skill, a plane ticket for a speaker. We take gifts in whatever form you have to give them, and some of the most useful ones have never been cash.
Equipment
Production sound, video cameras, lighting, cabling. Lend it for the nine days or give it outright; either helps, and good equipment is the difference between a stream a few hundred people watch and one that thousands do.
Your trade
Photography, videography, editing, design, translation. If it is what you do for a living, it is worth more to us donated than the cash equivalent.
A seat on a plane
Flights are the largest single line in the speaker budget. If you can cover one, tell us and we will work out the details with you directly.
Something else entirely
Vehicles for airport runs, accommodation, printing, water, produce for the kitchen. Ask. We would rather hear an offer we cannot use than miss one we can.
Sponsorship and larger gifts
For a bank transfer, a wire, mobile money, a gift in kind, or to underwrite a whole part of the conference, talk to us directly rather than using the form.
