Who we are

Prophesy Again Conference is run by the Prophesy Again ministry. This website and the registration system are operated by the conference team. You can reach us at prophesyagainconference@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you create an account: your email address and a password (stored only in encrypted form), or, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us.

When you register: the names, ages and gender of everyone attending on your registration, your phone number, country, town and church, arrival and departure dates, workshop interests, and anything you tell us about dietary, medical or accessibility needs.

When you order accommodation, meals or extras, or give a gift: the amount, currency and a payment reference. Card and mobile money details are entered on our payment provider's page, not on this website, and we never see or store them.

During the conference: check ins at the door (which code was scanned and when), help requests, and daily feedback if you choose to send it.

If you ask for prayer, a Bible study or baptism, or offer to volunteer: what you tell us on that form.

Why we use it

To know who is coming so we can plan seating, meals, accommodation, transport and the children's programme. To give each person a check in code. To contact you about your attendance, including changes to the programme. To follow up prayer, Bible study, baptism and volunteer requests. To account properly for payments and gifts.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside the conference team and the services below.

Who can see it

You can see and change your own registration at any time after signing in. Members of the conference team see only what their role needs: ushers see names and check in codes at the door, the logistics team sees registrations and help requests, the finance team sees payments and gifts, the chaplaincy team sees prayer, Bible study and baptism requests, and administrators see all of it. Access is controlled by account and recorded.

Services we rely on

The database and sign in are hosted by Supabase (EU, Ireland). The website is served by Vercel. Emails from the site are sent through Resend. Card and mobile money payments are processed by Paystack. Each of these only processes what it needs to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Registration details are kept for the conference and for planning the next one, then removed or anonymised. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Check ins, help requests and feedback are kept for the conference and its review.

Your choices

Sign in to see or change anything on your registration, or to change your password. To remove a person from your registration, use Edit details. To close your account or have your information deleted, email us at prophesyagainconference@gmail.com and we will do it, keeping only what payment records require.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
